Hyperrealist has put up a test pressing of Baroness "Red Album" 2xLP on eBay to help raise money for two members of a Savannah, GA band that were shot and wounded after playing a show last week. Read about the story here. Several fundraising efforts have been started to help ease the cost of recovery for these guys, they are accepting donations over at http://www.stattswilliams.com if anyone is willing to help out.

Vinyl Collective has launched pre-orders for the new Teenage Bottlerocket / Broadway Calls split 7" from Adeline Records. The record is being pressed on 2 different colors in an edition of 1,000 copies (500 of each color: clear / red / black splatter or maroon white opaque). Both bands do 2 songs and both bands do covers.

Robotic Empire is now taking orders for the new ISIS "Live IV" 2xLP, a collection of seven tracks recorded between 2001 and 2005. This is housed in a custom made hand-cranked letterpress gatefold jacket, and limited to 103 copies on black vinyl, 403 on 'chocolate' (opaque brown), and 524 on 'honey' (translucent brown).

Artwork will be sent to the printer early next week, and they should get them done within 1-2 weeks max after that. The deluxe 180 gram orange vinyl version of the new Boris album "Smile" is now available to order from Southern Lord. The LP version contains exclusive tracks as well as extended versions and different mixes than on the Southern Lord CD version and the Japanese CD/LP released by Daymare. Auxiliary Records is reissuing Coliseum's "Goddamage" EP as a limited edition 2x7" packaged in a gatefold jacket. This is limited to 1,000 copies on three variations of colored vinyl: 200 on yellow & white marble / yellow & black marble, 300 one yellow / one white, and 500 both yellow. The first 200 preorders come with a free canvas patch, and there are some t-shirt packages available as well. Preorders ship August 12.

I'm really excited to announce the first release under the Dead Format label: Arms Aloft "Comfort At Any Cost" 7". This band is made up of a few really talented guys from my hometown and I'm very happy to be putting this out. Everything is being worked out with the pressing plant very soon so there's no exact release date, but expect a super limited exclusive Dead Format version with sick package deals and whatnot.
